With over a decade of experience, I don’t just create desserts — I build stories, textures, and moments that linger. My approach blends the discipline of classical pastry with the freedom of modern techniques, bold textures, and unexpected ingredient pairings that somehow feel just right.

 

Precision matters to me. So does beauty. So does soul.

I offer full-cycle consulting for restaurants, bakeries, hotels, and production teams looking to launch or elevate their pastry programs. From equipment selection and production setup to custom menu creation and team training, I bring structure, creativity, and care.

 

For venues without in-house pastry kitchens, I provide ready-to-serve signature desserts — crafted with the same dedication to honesty, detail, and unforgettable taste.
